| Skipper | Work Schedule: Full time/Part time
Job Description: We are looking for a passionate Skipper who loves what they do and can contribute to making the tours a fantastic and memorable experience for all. Operation of a 34 seat Passenger Boat. Splash Tours Liverpool is an 60-minute Amphibious Tour that starts on Salthouse Quay, drives around the city showcasing key landmarks in Liverpool, before heading back to the slipway for the incredible Splashdown into the water. The tour operates using a brand new vehicle that has been crafted from the ground up by our sister business Seahorse Amphibious. Required Qualifications/skills: Boatmasters Tier 2, Level 1, Cat D Bus Licence

| Tour Guide | Work Schedule: Part time
Job Description: Are you an outgoing vivacious person who loves people? Do you enjoy something a bit different? Well, we have the job for you. You will be required to relate to customers of all ages, engaging them in the tour whilst also projecting informative and interesting facts about the sights during the tour. You will be talking to customers about your knowledge of the areas and the journey the tour takes you; a script will be provided but it will eventually be learnt. You will need to be safety conscious and comfortable working on the water; being able to get on and off the vessel unassisted. Required Qualifications/skills: Customer Service Experience, Acting/Performance experience, Fluent in English |
| Seasonal Outdoor Customer Service Assistant | Work Schedule: Seasonal
Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our venture and help us with all things customer-facing. The role will require this person to deal with queries, questions, complaints and be a fantastic face for our thrilling operation. Some of this role will include working outside on the Docks during operations. Time will be split between doing this and working in our office, located in the Royal Albert Dock Liverpool.
